• ZUUNA_API_TOKEN required secret — Bearer API token from your Zuuna workspace. Grant only the scopes the agent needs (boards:read + cards:read is enough for a read-only observer).
• ZUUNA_BASE_URL — Zuuna base URL. Defaults to https://app.zuuna.de.
• ZUUNA_TIMEOUT_MS — Per-request timeout in milliseconds. Defaults to 15000.
